Peter N. Zogas, Esq.

Peter N. Zogas, Esq. is a graduate of Holy Cross College (’72) and Albany Law School of Union University (’75). Mr. Zogas has been with the firm in various capacities since 1975. He became a partner in 1978 and in 2018 he became of counsel to the firm. Mr. Zogas heads the firm’s financial services department and concentrates in counseling bank and corporate clients in structuring real estate and commercial loan transactions and is responsible for restructuring and workout of existing real estate-based credit facilities for the commercial and retail banking divisions of the firm’s bank clients. Mr. Zogas is a member of the New York State Bar Association and is a past chairman of the Real Estate Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association.
