Christine McGuire, Esq.

Christine McGuire obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2010.  She then graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, summa cum laude, in 2014.  While in law school, she was an editor of the St. John’s Law Review.  Before joining Wingate, Kearney & Cullen, Ms. McGuire worked in the litigation department of a large corporate law firm, where she worked on large scale civil litigation and bankruptcy matters, managed internal investigations of companies, and worked on various employment law matters for corporate and not-for-profit entities. She also completed a one-year term clerkship for the Honorable Steven I. Locke in the Eastern District of New York.  Since joining the firm, her practice has focused on litigation for charitable and religious entities, as well as employment law counseling for the same.  She is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
