Nicholas Marricco obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 2016. He then graduated from Albany Law School, cum laude, in 2019. While in law school, he was an editor of the Albany Government Law Review, President of the Italian American Law Student Association, Vice-President of Phi Alpha Delta, and participated in several mock trial competitions. Before joining Wingate, Kearney & Cullen, Mr. Marricco practiced Criminal Law, Special Education Civil Rights litigation, and served as In-House Counsel for a non-profit private school for special needs students. Since joining the firm, his practice has focused on litigation for charitable and religious entities and individuals. Mr. Marricco is admitted to practice in the state of New York and the Southern District of New York.
